The night experience at the Château des Cologny in October 2019 focused on two themes: region and culture. We offered participants a gastronomic and literary journey between two regions: Calabria in Italy and Ain in France. The gastronomic journey begun with a tasting of Calabrian wines produced by the Ceraudo estate, from the Cirò region. Wines were paired with authentic cheeses from the Ain region. We welcomed over 45 guests to our 17th century home for an artistic and gastronomic experience echoing the cultural project we manage for the preservation of Ain’s heritage.
