Join us for Panettone for the arts, a special event to fund our first artist residency, scheduled for January 2020.
The world-famous, yeast-leavened cake – as seen by a selection of Michelin- starred chefs from all over Italy.
We brought together a small selection of mouth-watering panettoni baked by:
- Giuliano Baldessari, Aquacrua
- Caterina Ceraudo, Dattilo
- Alessandro Negrini e Fabio Pisani, Ristorante Il luogo di Aimo e Nadia**
750 gr, traditional recepie with candid fruit and leavened for over 72 hours.

A purchase with a purpose
Panettoni are at €50 and all proceeds from the sale will contribute to fund the first artist residency organized our association, scheduled in January 2022 and curated by Charlotte Debraine Molina from the Salomon Foundation. The residence will welcome an artist from a developing country.
