Our Panettone Milano finds its evolution in tradition. It slowly rises due to the sourdough, is enriched with candied orange from Sicily, cubes of Cedar Diamante and succulent sultanas from Australia. Finally it is generously enhanced by the dairy Italian butter and Bourbon vanilla.
Our panettone Milano rigorously follows Angelo Motta’s shape revolution and it is offered in the tall version, rising from the mould and creating the traditional crust darkened by the burnt raisins.
